Worldwide Panoramio images and more
This summer we were working on importing new data and new functionality into Geopedia. Feel free to check it out!
Panoramio photos
Geopedia now also has Panoramio photos. You can take a look at the Panoramio photos at your favorite location:
- Lofoten islands in Norway
- Yosemite park in USA
- Soča river in Slovenia
- Safari in Kenya
- or almost 10 million photos from just about everywhere
Triglav National Park
The Triglav National Park (TNP) is the only Slovenian national park. The park was named after Triglav, the highest mountain in the heart of the park, which is also the highest summit in Slovenia (2864 m).
They decided to add new information about the park into Geopedia so all viewers can view it now.
Denmark Orthophoto
We received orthophoto data from Denmark in 10 cm resolution, which is why it took quite a while to process it. For some statistical information: there are about 35 million tiles that take about 2 TB of disk space.

Do you want to know, where were earthquakes in the last 100 years of perhaps from 2000 on? Use our time criteria functionality to set your time interval and filter data you want to see!
